We slow-bake naturally leavened sourdough and laminated pastries in Highland, Utah. Every loaf undergoes a 36-hour cold fermentation process using regional stone-ground flour and our wild yeast starter. Secure your daily share before the ovens go cold.

Fresh bakes are ready at the hearth starting at 8:00 AM. We recommend arriving early as daily batches are strictly limited.

Reserve your loaf 24 hours in advance. We hold all reserved bakes until 1:00 PM before releasing them to walk-ins.

We supply local Highland cafes and specialty grocers with daily deliveries of naturally leavened breads and laminated pastries.
